Full Description
This 3 bedroom, 3 1/2 bathroom villa is situated in Binibeca on Menorca's south east coast. Villa Minterosa is situated in a prime, front-line position, in between Binibeca and Punta Prima and offers superb sea views. Binibeca's lovely sandy beach and commercial centre are either a short drive or a few minutes walk away.
Villa Minterosa is a light and airy property, built to a high standard and furnished comfortably. The living accommodation comprises; large lounge area with comfortable sofas, a wood burner, occasional tables and Satellite TV.
Also on this level is the fully fitted kitchen and breakfast bar area, fitted in light pine wood with cream marble work surfaces. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary appliances; ceramic hob, oven, microwave, stainless steel extractor hood and underneath the breakfast bar area double fridges.
There are 3 bedrooms all accessed by two steps leading up from the lounge. Two bedrooms are to the left and the third is to the right. The first, a double, has aspects to the front of the villa and benefits from an en-suite bathroom with wash basin, WC and walk in shower. Along a short corridor, to the rear of the villa is the second double bedroom with en-suite bathroom; wash basin, WC and bath with shower over. Doors lead from this bedroom to a small private sun terrace. The third bedroom, also a double is situated to the front of the villa and also has an en-suite bathroom with wash basin, WC and walk in shower. All bedrooms benefit from fitted wardrobes and bedside chests.
On the same level as the three bedrooms is a utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer and large freezer. There is also a separate WC.
There is a private infinity pool of approximately 9 x 4m accessed by Roman steps, with ample terraces - both uncovered and covered and all the necessary poolside furniture. Parking is available in the driveway and it is also possible to swim off the rocks opposite the villa and fish.
Villa Minterosa with its prime location and stunning sea views offers an ideal base for a relaxing holiday. The airport, town and port of Mahon are around 15 minutes by car, the historic local town of Sant Lluis just 5 minutes, and a range of alternative beaches 5 – 10 minutes away.
