Garden Villas 2C10 is an apartment with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathroom located in the lovely Garden Villas apartment complex in Playas de Fornells, Menorca.
Garden Villas apartments differ from the other apartment communities in Playas de Fornells in that they are slightly larger and some have two private terraces, with a built-in stone barbecue. Well established communal gardens surround the accommodation, which offer a blaze of colour in the Spring and Summer months.
There are 47 Garden Villas apartments in the group and these share a small pool with a separate childrens pool. Either ground, first floor or duplex and generally facing South West.
Access to 2C10 is via steps up to the apartment with the front door at the back of the property. On entering the apartment there are steps leading down to the living area. On your left there is a shower room, with a shower cubicle, wash basin and WC. To your right through an archway is the fully equipped kitchen with gas hob, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle and full sized fridge with freezer.
In front of the kitchen is the open plan living/dining area which has two sofas, coffee table, TV (with free to view Satellite) and a dining table with seating for 4. French doors lead onto the upper terrace. A few steps lead to the second terrace which has a brick built BBQ and a stone seating area, patio table and chairs are provided. View of the sea and beach can be seen from this terrace.
To the left of the front door are stairs leading to the two bedrooms and bathroom. The Master bedroom is a double with bedside chests, chest of drawers and fitted wardrobes. The second bedroom is a twin sharing a bedside table in the middle. It also has fitted wardrobes.
The bathroom has WC, bidet, twin wash basins and bath with shower attachment. There is also a washing machine located here.
There are two communal pools within the Garden Villas community. Car parking is available directly outside the apartment. Approximate walking distances; beach 8 mins, swimming pool 5 mins, supermarket bar and restaurant 5 mins.
