A 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom villa with lovely sea views, located in Torret de Baix in between the resorts of Binibeca and Punta Prima on Menorca's south east coast. The resorts of Binibeca and Punta Prima are a mere 2km away.

Nestled on the hillside, the villa has a light and airy feel. The open plan living/dining area is spacious and comfortably furnished with sofa, occasional chairs, coffee table, Satellite TV (limited UK channels), DVD player and dining table and chairs. Patio doors lead out to the pool area; this is a large area with both uncovered terraces and covered terraces to avoid the heat of the midday sun. An open staircase leads from the living area up to a galleried landing with a seating area - this leads out onto a large terrace with sea views with table and chairs for either al fresco dining or simply enjoying a quiet moment.

The kitchen has been fitted with pine units and is fully equipped for a self catering holiday; hob, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer and all the necessary pots, pans and crockery. The villa also benefits from a washing machine and a dishwasher.

There are 3 bedrooms; 1 double with en-suite bathroom and 2 twin bedrooms which share a shower room.

The swimming pool is 8 x 4m and has ladder access. The villa is elevated from the roadside and is edged with hedges to protect privacy. There is also a BBQ. 

Binibeca beach is 1.5km away and the nearest supermarket which is at Cala Torret is 1.2km. The lovely beach resort of Punta Prima with all its facilities is 2km away.
