A 4 bedroom, 1 bathroom villa sleeping 6 persons, ideally situated within the popular family beach resort of Cala Galdana. This traditional yet comfortable villa offers a great location for a relaxing family holiday.
Elevated from the road and fronted by mature hedge and walls, a gentle slope leads up to the main terrace then 10 steps up to the villa entrance. On entry you are straight into the living/dining area, comfortably furnished and offering flat screenTV/DVD with Sky free to view Satellite channels, music system, dining table and chairs, sofa and coffee table.
The separate kitchen has fully fitted units with full cooker, fridge/freezer, washing machine, microwave and all the necessary, crockery, cutlery and utensils for a self catering holiday.
The villa has 4 bedrooms – 1 double, 1 twin and 2 singles – all with storage space, comfortably furnished and having free standing fans for cooling. The bedrooms share a full family bathroom with overhead shower.
The exterior of the villa is very pleasant with a large terrace outside the living area with dining/table and chairs and sunbeds plus a large brick built BBQ. A gate leads down five steps to the pool area. The pool has Roman step access at the shallow end. There is also an outdoor pool shower and WC.
Offroad parking is available on the drive leading up to the villa. Although the kitchen and floor tiles are very traditionally Spanish this villa offers a comfortable base to enjoy one of Menorca's most popular beach resorts.
