A 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom villa located in Binibeca on Menorca's south east coast. This villa provides a comfortable base for those looking for a family beach holiday.

The open plan lounge/dining area is comfortably furnished with three seater sofa, two easy chairs, a coffee table and a Menorquin traditional fireplace. The adjacent dining area has a pine wooden table and chairs. French doors lead out onto the covered terrace area, with the pool beyond.

The kitchen has pine wood base and wall units and traditional Spanish wall tiles. Although a bit dated, the kitchen has all the necessary equipment for a self catering holiday; gas cooker, microwave, washing machine and fridge/freezer together with all the cutlery and crockery for six persons.

There are 3 bedrooms; 1 double and 2 twin, all with fitted wardrobes and bedside chests. There are two bathrooms.

Externally there are covered terraces to provide welcome relief from the midday sun, open terraces with sun loungers for sunbathing, patio table and chairs for al fresco dining and a BBQ. The 8 x 4m private swimming pool is accessed by two sets of ladders.

Binibeca beach is a mere 200m on foot - also close at hand are other beaches and resort areas such as Punta Prima, Alcuafar and S'Algar, and the historic local town of Sant Lluis which is just six to seven minutes away. Facilities in Binibeca include a well stocked supermarket, bakery, and a variety of restaurants overlooking the sea.
