A light and spacious 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom air conditioned villa, set in the popular beach resort of Binibeca on Menorca's south east coast.

The villa has a lounge with dining area comfortably furnished with sofa, TV unit with Satellite TV with limited free to view channels, DVD player and dark wood display cabinet. The lounge has French doors opening out to the covered terraces, open terraces, pool, garden area and brick built BBQ. Off of the lounge is the dining area with wooden table and bench chairs.

There are 3 bedrooms; 2 double bedrooms one of which has an en-suite bathroom and a twin bedroom. There is also another family bathroom.

The separate kitchen is fully fitted with white units and has all the necessary equipment for a self catering holiday; ceramic hob, electric oven, fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher.

Externally there is a patio table and chairs for al fresco dining, an 8 x 5m swimming pool with both ladder and Roman step access, sunbeds and a brick built BBQ. The covered terrace provides welcome relief from the midday sun.

The nearest shops and restaurants are about 800 mts away and they include several bars, restaurants, a bakery, supermarket etc. The beach at Binibeca is a similar distance.

Also close at hand are other beaches and resort areas such as Punta Prima, Alcuafar and S'Algar, and the historic local town of Sant Lluis which is just six to seven minutes away.
