Full Description
This attractive villa is situated in a small, select development of recently built homes in a quiet location on elevated land above Binisafua Playa. The light, spacious villa occupies a large plot of beautifully landscaped gardens to front and rear and is an ideal location for a relaxing family holiday.
A sloping drive leads up to the villa and doors lead into the open plan ground floor, living/dining/kitchen area which is all fully air conditioned. High sloping ceilings and a galleried upper floor landing give the villa lots of light and space.
The living area has sliding doors to the pool area, sofa, chairs and coffee table plus TV with free to view English satellite channels. The kitchen/dining area has ceramic hob/electric oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and lots of good quality utensils, crockery and cutlery. A separate utility room houses the washing machine. The dining area has table and six dining chairs. All furniture is modern and of good quality.
To the left of the living room are the ground floor bedrooms, one double with windows overlooking the garden, fitted wardrobes, bedside tables and draws and one twin with identical facilities. Both share a bathroom with double shower cubicle, WC and washbasin set in a marble vanity unit.
Stairs from the living area lead up to the spacious Master bedroom suite with double bed, built-in wardrobes, draws, bedside tables and bathroom with bath, overhead shower, WC, bidet and washbasin in marble vanity unit. Sliding doors open out from bedroom to a large balcony with lovely sea views. All bedrooms have their own air conditioning units.
The exterior areas of the villa are a delight, with lovely shrubs, flowers, trees and lawns surrounding the 8 x 5m swimming pool with Roman steps. A covered terrace provides outdoor dining space with table, chairs and sunloungers. A brick built barbecue is situated close to the terrace.
This villa offers extremely comfortable accomodation for a relaxing holiday and is also suitable for wheelchairs users and disabled guests, though guests should note the Binisafua is under one of several flightpaths used by aircraft approaching the airport and therefore some aircraft noise is to be expected.
