A 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom villa located in Binibeca on Menorca's south east coast, offering an ideal base for a family holiday. Nestled in amongst the lawned garden, the villa offers a comfortable stay in this popular beach resort.

The lounge consists of comfortable sofas, coffee table, Menorquin fireplace and Satellite TV with limited free to view channels and DVD player. The dining area has a round pine table and chairs for 6 persons and a wooden pine dresser.

There are 3 bedrooms; 1 double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and a further two twin bedrooms which share a family bathroom.

The kitchen is fully equipped for a self catering holiday with hob, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine and all the necessary crockery and cutlery required.

Externally there are gardens and lawned area surrounding the private swimming pool with Roman steps. The covered terrace provides welcome escape from the heat of the midday sun and a brick built BBQ provides the option for al fresco dining.

Also close at hand are other beaches and resort areas such as Punta Prima, Alcuafar and S'Algar, and the historic local town of Sant Lluis which is just six to seven minutes away.
