Externally the villa has covered terraces to escape the midday heat, a brick built BBQ and a private swimming pool. The gardens have been laid out in a rockery style surrounded by Mediterranean shrubs.

The town and port of Mahon is around 15 minutes by car, the historic local town of Sant Lluís just 5 minutes, and a range of alternative beaches 5-10 minutes away.
