A 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment in the Poblet Complex in Playas de Fornells. The Poblet Complex has three blocks of apartments, approximately 30 per block, some with sea views.

This Poblet Apartment has sea views to Cavalleria. The terrace leads onto the grassed area and to water's edge, making it possible, in some places, to swim and snorkel off the rocks.

Poblet 1 D1 can be accessed by a flight of stairs down leading to the front door. On entering the apartment, the kitchen with hob, oven and fridge/freezer is to the left, an arch opening looks out into the lounge. The lounge area is straight ahead with doors leading out to a rear small terrace with lovely sea views and patio furniture for dining al fresco, there are also loungers for sun bathing.

The lounge has a sofa, two chairs, two glass top coffee tables. A few steps lead you up to the two bedrooms; the Master double bedroom has fitted wardrobes, bedside tables and lamps, with one chest of drawers. The second bedroom is also a double with bedside tables, lamps and fitted wardrobes and chest of drawers.

The bathroom has a bath with shower over with glass shower screen, vanity basin and WC. There is also a washing machine housed in the bathroom.

Please note that the Poblet Complex does not have a swimming pool. Clients can ask to use the pool at the Bergantine Bar or the Tirant Playa.

Walking distances: Beach and Supermarket 15 - 20 minutes. Bar and Snack bar 5 minutes.
