On the terrace there is a range of beautiful teakwood outside furniture, including lounger-beds, table, chairs and drinks tables. The centre piece of the tiled terrace is the octagonal-shaped “infinity” swimming pool, set into the front area of the terrace.
Returning to the lower reception hall behind the kitchen-dining room, to left and right of the hall are two further bedrooms. Both have King-sized beds and both are decorated and furnished to the same high quality and tasteful designs as the other two principal bedrooms, including wall mounted flat-screen TV, and co-ordinating ancillary furniture. Both have double doors opening onto small balustraded private balconies which overlook the pool terrace. Both balconies have sufficient space for teak chairs/loungers. Both bedrooms offer good-sized en-suites, one with a bath with shower attachment and glass shower screen, the other with a large walk-in shower – and both made with the highest quality accessories and finishes, like all the accommodation in this unique and beautiful villa.
This magnificent villa offers truly luxurious but relaxed and extremely comfortable accommodation for its discerning guests, with climate-controlled air conditioning to its five main bedrooms, lounge and kitchen-diner.
The villa enjoys a wonderful front-line position just metres from the waters edge of one of Cala Llonga’s coves. Immediately opposite the villa across a quiet road is a lawned area and a small children’s playground with a range of equipment suitable for little ones, built on soft-surface area.
Also, within a few metres is Cala Llonga’s small but well-stocked supermarket. Cala Llonga nestles on the south shoreline of Menorca’s glorious port and harbour of Mahón, one of the world’s deepest natural harbours and certainly one the most picturesque. The lovely sandy horse-shoe rustic beach of Sa Mesquida is less than 5 minutes drive away, and the many bars, restaurants, Marina and shops of Mahón’s Port are just 6 – 7 minutes by car, with the airport around 12 mintues.
A wonderful base for a tranquil, relaxing holiday away from the traditional beach resort holiday scene, and yet within very quick and easy access of everything that Menorca has to offer.
