Full Description
A stunning 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom waterfront villa just a few metres from the moorings of Addaia’s pretty Marina, offering spacious, high quality, air-conditioned accommodation, private swimming pool and wonderful views to the rocky islets and the sea beyond the cove of Puerto Addaia.
The villa is situated at the very end of a small, quiet cul-de-sac overlooking the Marina, occupied by several large, high quality detached villas, and therefore offers guests a quiet, tranquil and secluded location yet within a short stroll of Addaia’s supermarket shops, bars and restaurants, and of course the Marina itself.
The villas accommodation is arranged over two levels. The front entrance door at street level opens to a hallway and corridor and off these are located three of the four bedrooms – two with twin beds, and both with their own en-suite shower room/WC, and with French doors opening onto one of the sea facing balconies.
At the end of the corridor is the Master Suite comprising twin beds arranged as a double in front of a King-sized headboard, and an en-suite bathroom. Two sets of double doors from the bedroom open onto the large private balcony that overlooks the Marina offering superb views. All bedrooms on this level have fitted wardrobes and benefit from air conditioning. There is also a study/small reception room on this level.
Stairs from the entrance hall lead down to the lower level. There is a large kitchen/dining room with a range of fitted pinewood units, metallic-finish electric oven, ceramic hob, extractor hood, fridge-freezer and all the domestic appliances, crockery, cutlery and utensils necessary for the self-catering family holiday, plus a large table and chairs in the dining area. A utility room just off the kitchen houses the washing machine, tumble dryer and butler sink.
Also at the lower level is the lounge, comfortable furnished with sofas and accessory furniture, TV with Sky (free-to-view channels), DVD player and music system. Two sets of double doors from the lounge provide access to the covered and open tiled terrace areas and 8m x 4m swimming pool, with Roman steps for ease of access. The covered dining terrace and the rest of the open terraced areas and pool overlook the Marina and cove, offering outstanding views.
Finally, on the lower level is the fourth bedroom with two twin beds and offering Marina views and direct access to the pool terrace. Please note that the bedroom on this level is served by a ventilation fan and not an air conditioning unit.
As well as the air conditioning to three of the four bedrooms and the kitchen and dining area, this modern villa also has full central heating and double glazed windows and doors throughout, making it ideal for a comfortable stay in the cooler periods of the season or even during the winter.
Puerto Addaia is a small, quality coastal urbanisation on Menorca’a dramatic and beautiful north coast, built around a natural sheltered harbour which contains several uninhabited islets. The Marina provides moorings for yachts and cruisers of many sizes, and there is a waterside bar-café. In the main road of the resort there are several bar-restaurants, a supermarket, newsagent and a diving school.
The lovely beach of Na Macaret is less that 5 minures drive, the large sweeping sandy bay and many facilities of Arenal D’en Castell about the same journey time, and the beaches of Son Saura (near the golf course at Son Parc) and Playas de Fornells are 10 and 12 minutes respectively by car.
