This renovated 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom (shower rooms) villa is situated in a lovely quiet countryside location and is ideally situated, a 5-7 minute walk from the pretty fishing village of Alcaufar.
Located at the end of a narrow road just off the main road to Alcaufar, the villa sits on a very large private plot and enjoys countryside views on the ground elevation and sea views from the large roof terrace accessed by gated stairs from the side of the property.
Entrance into the villa is from the main door into a small hallway leading into the open-plan living/kitchen/dining room which is nicely furnished with sofas, TV with satellite free-to-view channels, DVD and iPod dock. There is a dining table and chairs and the modern fitted kitchen has dishwasher, fridge-freezer, built-in oven/hob and microwave, washing machine and plenty of good quality crockery, cutlery and utensils.
Sliding floor-to-ceiling patio doors lead out on to a covered terrace with distant sea views towards S'Algar, and steps lead down to a gravelled area perfect for sunbathing. To the side of the villa is another paved area ideal for outdoor dining.
The bedrooms are located to the right side of villa and comprise two double bedrooms with en-suite shower rooms, one bunk-bedded room with a separate full bathroom and one single bedroom. All are comfortably furnished and have bedside tables, lamps and built-in wardrobes.
An outdoor casita provides laundry facilities and an additional shower room.
A comfortable villa in a peaceful spot. It will appeal to those seeking privacy and who prefer a beach holiday - there is no pool but it is only a short walk to the sheltered cove of Alcaufar.
Saturday changeover and please note villa sleeps 7 persons and has shower rooms not bathrooms.
