A 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom, ground floor apartment located in the Bancalets complex in Playas de Fornells, Menorca.
Es Bancalets is a group of 35 apartments built close to the side of Cala Tirant bay, which is conveniently close to the beach. Facing South West, the apartments as a whole enjoy superb sea and beach views.
There is a communal swimming pool and childrens pool. Surrounded by well-maintained gardens, there is also a grassed lawn between the apartments and the side of the bay. These apartments are a very popular choice, especially by those with young children.
Bancalets B5 is a ground floor apartment. On entering the apartment, you are immediately in the open plan lounge/dining/kitchen area. The lounge area has a three seater sofa, a bench style sofa, TV and DVD player, coffee table and dining table and chairs.
The compact kitchen is fully equipped for a self catering holiday and has a fridge/freezer, new ceramic hob and electric oven and a microwave, together with all the necessary cutlery and crockery.
From the main living area, and through an arch way is the family bathroom with bath with shower attachment over the bath, WC and wash basin. There is also a washing machine.
Off to the right of the arch way is the Master double bedroom with dressing table, fitted wardrobes and partial sea views. To the left is the second bedroom which has twin beds, chest of drawers and fitted wardrobes.
It is a mere 1 minute walk to the communal pool and children’s pool with sea views across the bay and to the hills beyond.
Walking Distances:- Beach 5 mins, Supermarket, Bar and Restaurant 5 mins.
