Full Description
Aldea is a group of approximately 80 apartments, set in three blocks surrounding the pool, built close to the side of Cala Tirant bay, which is conveniently close to the beach. Facing South West, the apartments as a whole enjoy superb sea and beach views.
There is a communal swimming pool surrounded by well-maintained gardens, there is also a grassed lawn between the apartments and the side of the bay. These apartments are a very popular choice, especially by those with young children.
Access to Aldea 203 is down a few steps from the road.
The living area is open plan and on entering the apartment, immediately to your left, is a small kitchenette tiled in traditional Menorquin rustic tiles. There is a two plate hob, microwave, small fridge and a sink. Please note this apartment does not have a full hob or oven. In front of the kitchenette is a dining table and four chairs.
The pleasant lounge area has a three seater sofa, two chairs and a coffee table. Patio doors lead to the first floor balcony with table and chairs. The balcony overlooks the large communal pool and has partial beach/sea views.
To the right of the front door and through an archway is the family bathroom with full bath with shower attachment over the bath, WC, wash basin and bidet.
On either side of the bathroom is a bedroom. To the left is the Master double bedroom with fitted wardrobes, two bedside chests with lamps and a chest of drawers. This bedroom has views over the pool. To the right is the second twin bedroom with fitted wardrobes and a bedside table and lamp.
The large communal pool is just outside and down a few steps. Walking distances: Beach, Supermarket, Bar and Snack Bar - 5 minutes.
