Garden Villas 5C7 is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom duplex apartment set in the lovely Garden Villas apartment complex in Playas de Fornells, Menorca. Excellent views can be had from this apartment situated at the top of the Garden Villas apartment community.
Garden Villas apartments differ from the other apartment communities in Playas de Fornells in that they are slightly larger and some have two private terraces, with a built-in stone barbecue. Well established communal gardens surround the accommodation, which offer a blaze of colour in the Spring and Summer months.
There are 47 Garden Villas apartments in the group and these share a small pool with a separate children's pool. Either ground, first floor or duplex and generally facing South West.
Garden Villas 5C7 is a 3 bedroom duplex apartment, with 2 bathrooms, one recently converted into a modern shower wet room.
A small flight of steps leads down to the main entrance. Inside the apartment is a large lounge/dining area with dining table and seating for six. There is a three seater sofa and two chairs, plus coffee table and occasional tables and the decorative fire place is a central feature. A wicker dresser contains glasses and kitchen ware. The lounge has a large window with sea views.
To the right of the lounge and through an open archway is the large kitchen, with fridge/freezer and full size oven and hob; double aspect windows make this room bright and airy.
There is a door leading off of the lounge to a small covered terrace with patio furniture ideal for al fresco dining. Up a few steps there is another terrace which has a built in stone BBQ; this area is large enough for two sunbeds for sun bathing, and both terraces have sea views.
When entering the apartment to the left is the bathroom, with WC, wash basin, bidet and bath with shower over.
Down a few steps you will find two bedrooms, to the left is the twin bedroom with a bedside table and lamp in the centre and fitted wardrobes. The bedroom to the right is the Master double bedroom with bedside tables and lamps either side of the bed. This bedroom has sea views. Down to the third level is another twin bedroom and bathroom which has been converted into a wet room. This room also houses the washing machine. All three bedrooms have ceiling fans.
Suitable for families with children, but parents need to be aware of the stairs within the property and open access of the terraces onto a side road. Car parking is available directly outside the apartment.
Approximate walking distances; beach 10 mins, swimming pool 5 mins, supermarket bar and restaurant 5 mins.
