Full Description
Bancalets B8 is a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom, first floor apartment located in the Bancalets complex in Playas de Fornells, Menorca.
Es Bancalets is a group of 35 apartments built close to the side of Cala Tirant bay, which is conveniently close to the beach. Facing South West, the apartments as a whole enjoy superb sea and beach views.
There is a communal swimming pool and children's pool. Surrounded by well-maintained gardens, there is also a grassed lawn between the apartments and the side of the bay. These apartments are a very popular choice, especially by those with young children.
Access to the apartment is up a flight of steps.
The main entrance leads into an open plan living/dining area, the kitchen is to the left and is part of the living accomodation. The kitchen has a full size fridge, hob, oven and microwave.
Straight ahead from the front door is the living/dining area which has a sofa and a chair, coffee table, TV and DVD player. There is also a dining table and four chairs. Doors lead out to the balcony with has a patio table and chairs for external dining. There are partial sea views beyond the internal patio and gardens.
Off to the left of the lounge, through an archway, is a small hallway. Straight ahead is the bathroom which has WC, wash basin, bidet and bath with shower over. There is also a washing machine.
To the left is the twin bedroom with a bedside table and lamp in the middle, and fitted wardrobes. The Master bedroom is a double with two bedside cabinets, fitted wardrobes and partial sea views.
It is a short distance to the communal pool and children's pool with sea views across the bay and to the hills beyond. There are grass areas for sun bathing around the pool.
Walking Distances:- Beach 5 mins, Supermarket, Bar and Restaurant 5 mins.
