Full Description
A 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment in the Poblet Complex in Playas de Fornells. The Poblex Complex has three blocks of apartments, approximately 30 per block, some with sea views.
The Poblet Apartments offer stunning and spectacular sea views across the mouth of the Cala Tirant bay – two to three steps lead down to the grassed area and water's edge, making it possible, in some places, to swim and snorkel off the rocks.
Poblet 3Q24 is located in the third block and access is down a few steps to the front door. On entering the apartment the lounge/dining area is to the left, with dining table and chairs for 4 persons, a wicker cane cream sofa and matching chairs, Menorquin fireplace, and a TV unit with TV/DVD player. Doors lead to the balcony which has good sea views. The balcony has the aspect of a second floor apartment.
Off to the right, from the main door, is the kitchen fitted with pine units. There is a fridge/freezer, microwave, sink, gas hob and oven.
Down the corridor are the two bedrooms; the Master double with bedside cabinets, lamps and fitted wardrobes and a twin bedroom with bedside chest, table lamp, wicker chair and fitted wardrobes.
The bathroom has WC, wash basin, bidet and bath with shower over. Also in the bathroom is a washing machine and tumble dryer.
Please note that the Poblet Complex does not have a swimming pool. Clients can ask to use the pool at the Bergantine Bar or the Tirant Playa.
Walking distances: Beach and Supermarket 15 – 20 minutes. Bar and Snack bar 5 minutes.
