Full Description
Bancalets D2 is a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom ground floor, south facing apartment located in the Bancalets complex in Playas de Fornells, Menorca.
Es Bancalets is a group of 35 apartments built close to the side of Cala Tirant bay, which is conveniently close to the beach. Facing South West, the apartments as a whole enjoy superb sea and beach views.
There is a communal swimming pool and childrens pool. Surrounded by well-maintained gardens, there is also a grassed lawn between the apartments and the side of the bay. These apartments are a very popular choice, especially by those with young children.
On entering the apartment, the kitchen is off to the right. The kitchen is fitted with pine units and is compact but has all the necessary equipment for a self catering holiday; fridge/freezer, washing machine, toaster, coffee maker, solid plate hob and oven.
To the left of the front door is the lounge/dining area with comfortable sofa, chair, stereo system, glass cabinet and a pine unit. There is a pine dining table and four chairs. French doors lead to the terrace area for al fresco dining and with views out over the pool area and out to sea.
From the living area, down the corridor, is the family bathroom with a shower cubicle, WC and wash basin.
Opposite the bathroom, is the Master double bedroom. Built in wardrobes with a drawer unit, bedside tables and a ceiling fan.
The second bedroom is a large twin bedroom with ceiling fan, chest of drawers and a built in wardrobe.
It is a short distance to the communal pool and children’s pool with sea views across the bay and to the hills beyond.
Walking Distances:- Beach 5 mins, Supermarket, Bar and Restaurant 5 mins.
