Full Description
Garden Villas 1C11 is a large duplex 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom corner apartment, set in the lovely Garden Villas apartment complex in Playas de Fornells, Menorca.
Garden Villas apartments differ from the other apartment communities in Playas de Fornells in that they are slightly larger and some have two private terraces, with a built-in stone barbecue. Well established communal gardens surround the accommodation, which offer a blaze of colour in the Spring and Summer months.
There are 47 Garden Villas apartments in the group and these share a small pool with a separate childrens pool. Either ground, first floor or duplex and generally facing South West.
Access to the entrance of Garden Villas 1C11 is via a few steps and through a small gate. Once inside the apartment and to the right is the lounge area, with two comfortable sofas, two wicker rocking chairs, pine coffee table and a side table with table lamp. In the corner is a traditional Menorquin fireplace. French doors open out to the tiled terrace area with patio furniture and grassy area beyond which children could play on.
Straight on from the front door is the dining area, with a pine dining table and four chairs, a pine welsh dresser with glasses and ornaments, a pine unit and a storage cupboard housing the iron and ironing board.
The kitchen is fitted with traditional pine units, fridge/freezer, double sink, microwave, toaster, kettle, gas hob and oven. From the kitchen window there are views out to sea.
Also on the ground floor is a small shower room, with WC, sink and shower. Stairs (17 steps) from this level lead up to the first floor. Once upstairs on the left hand side is the family bathroom, with Jack ‘n’ Jill wash basins, WC, bidet and bath with shower over. The bathroom also houses the washing machine and tumble dryer.
Opposite the bathroom is a twin bedded room with fitted wardrobes and dressing table. The Master bedroom is a double with fitted wardrobes and benefits from its own little sun terrace with sea views. Both bedrooms have ceiling fans.
The second terrace is on an upper level and has a built barbecue and stone seating, also with excellent views of the sea. There are two communal pools within the Garden Villas community. Car parking is available directly outside the apartment. Approximate walking distances; beach 8 mins, swimming pool 5 mins, supermarket bar and restaurant 5 mins.
