Full Description
A development of 3 bedroom, air conditioned villas with private pools, located in Cap D'Artruix near to Cala En Bosc. The villas are all on one level and well equipped for a self catering holiday.
Entrance to the accommodation is through a gate. On entering the villa the Lounge/Dining area is to the right with a TV unit with Satellite TV (limited channels) and a DVD player, there are normally two sofas, coffee table and dining room table and chairs. Doors from the lounge area lead out to the terraces and swimming pool.
The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge/freezer, electric oven, hob, double sink and washing machine, kettle and toaster.
There are 3 bedrooms; the Master is a double with bedside tables, fitted wardrobes and an en-suite bathroom with WC, wash basin, bath with shower over and a wall mounted hairdryer. There are a further two twin bedrooms both with bedside tables and fitted wardrobes.
There is another family bathroom - WC, wash basin and shower with shower tray and shower curtain. This bathroom also has a wall mounted hairdryer.
Externally there is a furnished terrace with patio table and chairs for al fresco dining and sunbeds, built in BBQ, outdoor shower and private pool. There is also a clothes drying area with pegs.
The nearest supermarket and restaurant is 800m away and the resort of Cala En Bosc with its many, restaurants, supermarkets and beach is 2.5km away.
