Full Description
A development of 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, air conditioned, semi detached villas built on two levels. Situated in Son Carrio, in between Cala Blanca and Santandria, each villa has its own private pool.

On the ground floor is a twin bedded room with fitted wardrobes and beside tables. There is a family bathroom also on this level with WC, wash basin and bath with shower over.
Upstairs is a further two twin bedrooms; both have fitted wardrobes, bedside tables and one has a small private balcony overlooking the pool area. There is another bathroom on this level with WC, wash basin, bidet and bath with shower over.
Externally is a private and furnished terrace with built in BBQ and private pool - 1.6m at deepest, with Roman steps.
These villas are also available as 2 bedroom villas, sleeping a maximum of 4 persons.
The nearest amenities are as follows:
Restaurant: 800m, Supermarket: 700m, Beach: Santandria beach 900m and Cala Blanca beach 2km. The resort of Cala Blanca itself is 1km away.
