A group of 9 detached villas, each with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms set in the family holiday resort of Cala Galdana. The villas; 3 in yellow, 3 in salmon and 3 in red each have air conditioning and their own private pools.

Ground Floor:-

On the ground floor is a spacious lounge/dining area with Satellite TV (limited channels) with sliding patio doors leading to the terrace and pool; 1 double bedroom with fitted wardrobes; bathroom with walk in shower and the fully fitted kitchen/breakfasting room with hob, oven, fridge/freezer. There is also a small utility area with washing machine and sink, leading to a drying area.

First Floor:-

On the first floor is 1 double bedroom with fitted wardrobes; 2 twin bedrooms with fitted wardrobes and 2 bathrooms (one being an en-suite bath with shower over, WC, Sink and bidet). Some bedrooms have small terraces leading from some of the bedrooms.

Externally the villas each have their own private pool with Roman steps, terraces with sunbeds and BBQ.

The nearest supermarket is approximately 350m as is the nearest restaurant. To the beach and centre of the resort is approximately 600m. Given that there are 9 of these villas, they would be ideal for two or more families holidaying together but wanting their own privacy at the same time.
