The Castell Mar apartments are a new and highly regarded development situated on the borders of the bustling town of Es Castell and the exclusive residential area of Santa Ana. The gated development is accessed by resident/guest key, providing security and peace of mind.
Castell Mar is a mix of permanent residents and second/holiday homes, appealing to all because of the all-year round shopping, cultural and entertainment facilities on the doorstep in Es Castell and Calas Fonts, the lovely harbour and fishing port of Es Castell, with its abundant choice of waterside restaurants, bars and local craft shops, not to mention its proximity to the capital, Mahon (less than 5 mins by car). The apartment is bright, modern and spacious, and is situated on the ground floor – though with a slightly raised elevation to the communal terraces and pools, which the apartment overlooks from the rear. On the ground floor there are 3 bedrooms, 1 with double bed and complete en-suite bathroom, and 2 further bedrooms both with twin beds, plus a further family bathroom.
Upstairs leads to the large L shaped lounge -dining room, with TV/Video and with a small balcony overlooking the pool, plus a good sized, fully equipped modern kitchen, including washing machine, dishwasher and microwave, and of course the apartment is fully equipped for self-catered accomodation. There is also a music system with CD player.
The Castell Mar apartments are set in well maintained terraced communal areas with plantas, and communal seating. There are 2 large swimming pools for the exclusive use of residents and guests, including an enclosed shallow splash area for children.
