This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom villa is situated in Binibeca on Menorca's south east coast. Villa Thalassa is situated in a prime, front-line position, in between Binibeca and Punta Prima and offers superb sea views. Binibeca's lovely sandy beach is 1km away and the commercial centre 600m.
Villa Thalassa is a large airy property, built to a high standard and furnished comfortably. The living accommodation comprises; large lounge area with comfortable sofas and a fireplace, the lounge has Satellite TV and a DVD player. The dining area is set out on the galleried landing, five steps above the lounge area.
The modern kitchen is very well equipped with all the necessary electrical household appliances and also has a utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer.
There are 3 bedrooms; one double bedroom and two twin bedrooms. The double bedroom has and with en-suite bathroom and the two twin bedrooms share a shower room. There is another small room with WC and wash basin.
The attic space has two sofas, which would perhaps suit teenage children. There is a private roof terrace, where one can sit and enjoy the sea views.
Villa Thalassa has a private pool of approximately 9 x 4m, with ample terraces - both uncovered and covered and all the necessary poolside furniture.
The airport, town and port of Mahon is around 15 minutes by car, the historic local town of Sant Lluis just 5 minutes, and a range of alternative beaches 5 – 10 minutes away.
