This lovely 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom villa is situated in the popular resort of Binibeca, on Menorca's South-east coast. Set in a quiet street in the centre of the Binibeca urbanisation, Villa Eva is only 500 metres from the beach and 600 metres from the commercial centre.
The villa has 2 double bedrooms and one twin bedroom. There is a family bathroom and a further shower room. The bright, comfortable lounge is furnished with armchairs, satellite TV (Limited free to view UK channels) and a fireplace.
The spacious kitchen is equipped with hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. All the necessary utensils, crockery and pots and pans are supplied for a self catering holiday.
Outside there are external terraces, surrounding the 8 x 4m irregular shaped pool. There is a brick built BBQ for al-fresco dining and the villa offers both covered and uncovered terraces.
