This lovely 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom villa is situated in the centre of the Binibeca Nou urbanisation in Menorca's South-east coast and is only 150m from the sandy beach of Binibeca.

The villa is built on two levels and has 3 bedrooms - one double and two twins. The Master double bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom, while the two twin bedrooms share a shower room.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all the electrical appliances necessary, in order to make your stay as comfortable as possible - hob, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave and dishwasher. There is also a washing machine outside the kitchen.

Outside from the terrace are views of the garden and the 8 x 4m pool. There is also a brick built BBQ and the necessary pool side furniture.

This villa offers comfortable accommodation, close to the beach and facilities of Binibeca. Binibeca Vell is a 10 minute walk away - another small resort with supermarket and restaurants.

Also close at hand are other beaches and resort areas such as Punta Prima, Alcuafar and S'Algar, and the historic local town of Sant Lluis which is just six to seven minutes away.

Journey time by car to the airport is just 20 minutes, and Mahon town centre and it's lovely port/marina are a similar driving time. The surrounding countryside also offers a number of excellent high quality restaurants.
