Full Description
This is a new 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom villa situated on the edge of Binibeca Vell and Binibeca on Menorca's South east coast. Binituduri is a beautiful villa and is approximately 800m from the beach at Binibeca and just 300m from the supermarket, bars and restaurants.
The villa is totally wheelchair friendly, having been specifically designed to provide easy access. All on one level the accommodation comprises;
Lounge/dining area with three seater sofa and two chairs, flat screen TV with Satellite (4-5 UK free to view channels), DVD Player, coffee table, pine furniture and pine dining table and chairs with direct access to the beautiful terrace and pool area. The kitchen is in a modern light wood finish and is well equipped for a self catering holiday, including vitro-ceramic hob, built in electric oven, extractor hood, dishwasher and microwave. There is a separate utility room which houses the washing machine.
There are 3 bedrooms all accessed from the main corridor when entering the villa; the Master bedroom is a double with chest of drawers, fitted wardrobes and there are a further two bedrooms both with twin beds and fitted wardrobes. The villa has two air conditioning units; one in the lounge/dining area and another in the corridor which flows into the bedrooms. In addition to the one family bathroom with wash basin, WC, bidet and bath with shower over there is also a shower room with walk in shower, WC and wash basin.
The Master bedroom, the shower room, villa entrance, kitchen, lounge/dining area and garage have extra wide door frames to allow easy access for wheelchair users.
Externally the 9 x 4m pool with Roman steps is set into the lawned and terraced area. There is a BBQ for al-fresco dining and an outside shower by the pool. There is also a roof terrace accessed by 15 steps from the outside of the villa, with sea views. Parking is available directly outside the villa or on the driveway. The road in front of the villa is only used by those staying in the villas in this cul-de-sac.
The town and port of Mahon is around 15 minutes by car, the historic local town of Sant Lluís just 5 minutes, and a range of alternative beaches 5-10 minutes away.
