This 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom villa, with frontline stunning sea views, is situated in the S'Atalaya area of the Binibeca urbanisation. A popular resort on Menorca's South east coast, offering the ideal base for a family holiday. Villa Arcola benefits from air conditioning in the sitting room and main bedroom.
Villa Arcola is a new villa, built a couple of years ago and as such is modern in design and equipped to a high standard. The villa is situated 1,000m from the lovely sandy beach of Binibeca, although if you prefer you can swim off the rocks right in front of the villa.
Double Menorquin gates lead up the driveway where parking is available. 16 steps lead up to the side of the villa and the main entrance door. The spacious and modern lounge/dining area is to the right of the hall and has comfortable sofas, satellite TV (Limited UK free to view channels), DVD player. There is also a dining table and six chairs. Patio doors lead out from the lounge to the large covered terrace which runs the length of the villa and the infinity pool beyond. The views are truly spectacular.
To the left of the entrance hallway is the modern, breakfasting kitchen which is equipped with all the necessary household appliances - hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer and all the crockery and cooking utensils one requires for a self catering holiday. There is a breakfast area with pine table and four chairs and off the kitchen area is the utility room with sink, washing machine, iron and ironing board.
From the main hallway there is a corridor off to the left and to the first left is a cloakroom with WC and wash basin. Further down is a family bathroom - with WC, bidet, walk in shower and wash basin fitted to a high standard. To the right of the corridor is a twin bedroom with wardrobes. To the left is another twin bedroom with a walk in cupboard - from the walk in cupboard a door leads to an en-suite bathroom with WC, washbasin, bidet and walk in shower. Further along the corridor is another twin bedroom. Returning to the main hallway and going straight ahead is the Master twin bedroom with views out across the pool area and out to sea. This bedroom also has an en-suite bathroom with WC, bidet, bath with shower over and Jack n' Jill wash basins. All the 4 bedrooms are of a very good size with good storage space. Indeed the whole villa itself is very spacious and larger than the average villa.
Outside there are both covered and uncovered terraces, with stunning sea views, surrounded by the large garden. The infinity pool is a generous 9 x 5m and has Roman steps. There are patio table and chairs for al fresco dining, casual seating and sun loungers.
Also close at hand are other beaches and resort areas such as Punta Prima, Alcuafar and S'Algar, and the historic local town of Sant Lluis which is just six to seven minutes away.
