Full Description
A 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment, in a block of four, a stone's throw from the beach of Binibeca on Menorca's south east coast.
The apartment consists of one double and one twin bedroom, lounge with a dining area offering beautiful views over the ocean, a compact fully-equipped kitchen and a good-sized bathroom. There is also a well-maintained, shared pool, which is a good size, a parking space and a garden area for sitting out.
The kitchen is equipped with a cooker with hob and grill, washing machine, fridge, kettle, toaster and microwave. Both bedrooms are newly painted, have wardrobes with plenty of drawer or shelf space, bedside tables, bedside lights, fans and floor rugs. They also both have a garden aspect.
The lounge is a pleasant room, attractively furnished with a sofa, chairs, coffee table, sideboard, radio/CD player and ceiling fan. The dining area has views over the ocean. There is also a TV and DVD player.
There is a newly tiled bathroom with shower, toilet and wash hand basin. One large and one small towel are provided per person per week.
Outside there is a small attractive garden with an area for sitting/sunbathing and a brick-built BBQ.
Each apartment has its own private area, which in the case of Los Sueños, includes a table and 4 chairs. The apartment also includes 4 sun loungers that can be taken anywhere. The swimming pool measures approximately 30' x 20' and has a shallow area at one end.
Access to the apartment is by a gently sloping path and then five steps with support. The inside of the apartment is on two levels separated by three steps.
The apartment is conveniently situated opposite the tourist information office, from which it is a two - five minute walk to either the supermarket, restaurant and bars or to the small sandy beach.
