This attractive villa is situated in a quiet residential road in the S’Atalaya area of Binibeca and is ideally suited for a relaxing family holiday.

The washing machine is situated in a casita outdoors.
All bedrooms have fully fitted wardrobes and air-conditioning units. The twin Master bedroom has doors out to the terrace and an en-suite shower room. The two other twin bedrooms share a full family bathroom.
Pretty landscaped gardens surround the 8 x 4m swimming pool with Roman steps, terraces and sun loungers. Steps lead up to the large covered terrace with table and chairs for outdoor dining.
A private roof terrace offers sea views.
