This traditional Menorcan 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom villa is set in a large private plot, in a cul-de-sac, in the popular family resort of Binibeca and is ideally situated for a relaxing family holiday with the beach and restaurants of Cala Torret only a 10 minute walk away.
Set in pretty gardens, the entrance to the villa is into the living/dining room comfortably furnished with sofa, chairs, glass topped coffee table, extending dining table and chairs (seats up to 8 persons) and satellite TV (free to view channels), video/DVD. There is also a mini hi-fi with CD, tape and radio.
Off the sitting/dining room is a compact, well equipped kitchen with full cooker with halogen hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and ample utensils.
A door leads out to a covered drying area with washing machine, access to the fourth annexe bedroom and patio/dining area with built-in seating and a large purpose built barbecue.The interior hallway gives access to the bedrooms, one double and two twins all with fully built-in wardrobes and ceiling fans.
There are two modern bathrooms, one full and one shower room. The fourth bedroom is in the annexe and has twin beds, which can be arranged as a double if required, a large pine wardrobe and an en-suite shower room with WC. The annexe provides ideal accommodation for teenagers or a nanny. This villa also benefits from a built-in safe.
French doors lead from the sitting/dining room out onto the covered terrace with table and chairs and the pretty gardens with a spectacular palm tree offering lots of shade and the 8 x 4m swimming pool (shallow end depth 1.1m). There are ample sun loungers, parasols and an outdoor shower. Steps lead up to a roof terrace with views down to the sea.
This is a traditionally styled comfortable villa in a pretty, private location which offers many facilities for a family holiday. The changeover day for this property is a Monday.
