Full Description
A group of eight, well equipped, 3 bedroom semi-detached bungalows on the small Sa Casetas complex in Arenal d'en Castell, in Menorca's North coast, sharing a large communal pool. The villas are located close to the beach, a mere 250 yards away and to all the resorts amenities. The complex is child-friendly with grassy communal areas and is enclosed for safety.
The villas all have 3 bedrooms; 1 double and 2 twins. There is a family bathroom with WC, bath with shower over and wash basin.
The living/dining area is simply but comfortably furnished with sofas and dining table and chairs. The kitchen is well equipped for a self catering holiday with hob, oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, iron and ironing board. There is a washing machine in a separate washing room. An iron and ironing board are also provided. Room fans are provided for your comfort in hotter months.
Externally there is patio furniture, sunbeds and parasols provided. The large 14m communal pool is shared by only the eight properties. There is a toddlers section and shallow end.
Situated on the island's beautiful North Coast, Arenal D’en Castell has a lovely large sandy beach, numerous shops, bars, restaurants and general facilities. A short distance away is Na Macaret, a quaint and typically Menorquin costal village with a small but sheltered and sandy beach. Both are ideal for families with small children, as the sea very gently shelves away from the both beaches. In addition to Arenal and Na Macaret, the large, sandy beach of Son Saura, is just 4-5 kilometres away, as is the islands golf course at Son Parc.
