Who are GW Villa Rentals?

GW Villa Rentals is an independent holiday letting agency, specialising in villas and apartments in Menorca. Established by Gillian Wallace, GW Villa Rentals aims to provide holidaymakers with as much detail on the properties and resorts available. A 7 day a week information and booking service is provided all year round.

GW Villa Rentals Limited is a Company registered in England and Wales, number 4516036. Registered office: 122 Kimbolton Road, Bedford, Bedfordshire MK41 9DN. GW Villa Rentals is also a notified Data Controller in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.

The website complies with ICRA (Internet Content Rating Association) guidelines and the Company is also a Member of the Federation of Small Businesses.

What type of holiday properties are available?

Presently, there are in excess of 200 villas and apartments to choose from. These range from one bedroom apartments to six bedroom luxury villas with pools and magnificent sea views. And if you're looking for a more active holiday, we have properties close to resorts specialising in watersports or overlooking the only golf course on the island. For the ultimate luxury, why not consider the beautiful Finesse Villas.

What are the properties like?

All of the properties are maintained by professional property management companies based on the island who, like us, want to ensure that you have an enjoyable holiday and come back year after year. Every property has a "house book", providing contact details for the local management company, which has English speaking staff, in the unlikely event that you encounter any problems. For the properties in Son Bou, rather than a house book, there is a friendly on-site reception, open daily from 9am to 10pm, where they will be able to deal with any queries that may arise.

We provide full details and photos on each villa and apartment, plus resort information as well. It is in everyone's interests to ensure that you arrive at a location that suits you.
